The items I like best are the appearance in the dining room and the dimming feature for the LED lights. Don't have any negative comments. Have had it now for about a month. Product met expectations -- Would definitely buy again.

Easy drop-in replacement for my old Lutron Dimmer Switch that finally failed due to age and use. The Lutron DVCL 153PR dimmer switch was simple easy to install. It took less than 20 minutes to complete the replacement.

Ideal for the new bulbs that show filaments when lit. The dimmer allows adjustment so the bulbs aren't too bright.

Does not work with EcoSmart dimmable bulbs
EcoSmart recommends this Lutron DVWCL-153PR-WH dimmer switch for use with their bulbs. I installed that exact dimmer and their bulbs. Within a few hours the bulbs were flickering. I have no way of knowing whether the problem lies with the dimmer or the bulbs, all I know is that despite EcoSmart's claim, this combination did not work for me. Flickering seems to be a common problem with so called dimmable LEDs; I gave up and reverted to a non dimmable setup.

The trim feature to set the lowest light setting as desired is fantastic. So far, these have dimmed several different kinds of LEDs lamps with no issues.

Very tight fit in a single gang box. We used this to replace a paddle type single light switch in our bathroom to dim a new vanity Led light fixture. It works very well without a neutral wire present in the box. Has precise adjustments to be sure LED lights are completely off when switch is off. But it is a really wide switch and did not go in easily. Had to do a little cutting inside the electrical box to get it to fit. Otherwise, a very good product.

No flicker with LED pot lights
I have had problems finding a dimmer switch that doesn’t flicker at low lighting levels. This dimmer switch doesn’t flicker even at really low light levels and using LED pot lights.
